Kill Team Token Holder

I liked the token holders on the site and was tired of working with the cardboard ones that came with the game. So I remixed one to fit the tokens from biscuitoman.

And the holder I remixed from this. Which was almost perfect but I felt it needed a few tweaks to fit my stuff.
