Kit v2 for M1EC

I created a remix of the great creation by MPMelle :
- a crankshaft has been added
- the cylinder is longer to match the top and bottom dead points of the piston
- another cylinder, which is open, allows the piston to be seen

The kit also contains the original piston and connecting rod
