I WOULD SUGGEST USING HIGH TEMPERATURE FILAMENT TO MINIMIZE THE RISKSA simple 120/125mm kitchen hood extractor backdraft damper, with optional magnets (standard 4x2mm) to ensure a tight seal of the flaps.No support needed as they are already modeled, just snap them off before installingThe pins are not included as they would not work if 3d printed, just use some small nails or similar hardware, then add a drop of superglue from the outside of the case to ensure they wont back out.The holes are 1.9mm so a piece of rigid filament might also work, ideally something stiff and slippery like CF nylon. Print in PETG, ABS , ASA or better, don't use PLA as it will creep and deform under load.
