kitchen wire rack clip

6.5mm diameter wire rack clip. The original clip had a side mounting screw which was in the way of things sliding in and out and broke. This design mounts using a countersunk screw under the wire. I printed the part standing up in PETG for better mechanical flex strength.

0.4mm nozzle, first layer thickness .4mm using a 4mm wide brim, all other layers are variable layer height, increased the perimeters to get 100% infill (all perimeters), minimum or zero fan part cooling, PETG extruded at 250C on a glass anycubic heated bed at 100C.
You might be able to scale the part for different wire diameters.

Designed in Fusion 360 and printed on a linear rail printer with duet electronics.
