# Winder for a single-line kite

This model is for a kite string winder a bit like the wooden one described [here](https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-a-Kite-Sting-Winder-from-2x4-Scraps/).

The handles make it easier to wind the string in and out as compared with the cheap winders that are usually supplied with new kites.

Print this model twice, then slot the two parts together to form the complete winder. Depending on the accuracy printer you may need to glue the pieces together when complete, or they may fit together tight enough as-is.
