I created these parts to protect my board during flights. I tested them on a recent trip from Italy to Brazil, and they worked great. The insert is slightly angled to allow for a better grip on the board. Side thickness: 10.5mm → 9.10mm Corner thickness: 5.5mm → 4.5mm I used TPU for shock absorption. If you print it in PLA, be careful with the thicknesses; otherwise, it would be much less elastic and might not conform to your board.
