Klex the Fox

Allow me to introduce Klex the Fox, yet another addition to the collection of keychain models!  While there are similar and better models out there (see this and this for example), I created this one (starting from a previous model I made) specifically for my daughter to share with her classmates. Their class mascot is a plush fox, and I modelled this flexible keychain fox to match its features. I’m really pleased with how it turned out, so I decided to share it here for you to enjoy as well. The tail includes a ball joint that prints in place, inspired by this model. While this creates a slight risk of failure during printing, especially where the ball connects to the tail, I’ve had no issues so far.  Regardless, for this reason i suggest: Monitor the print until the ball is fully connected to the tail. Use the provided slower print settings in the print profile. The print profile includes: A version with a keychain hole. A version without the keychain hole. Both versions contain additional slicer-added objects to optimize model colouring and enhance structural strength when printed in multiple colours.   I hope you enjoy Klex the Fox as much as my daughter and her classmates do!
