Klingon scrabble tiles (interlocking)

Based upon my (unfinished) "universal" jigsaw tile, these tiles contain the klingon letters in a romanized font.

I may add klingon glyphs later, but for now I want to see if the design actually is usable. It takes far too long to print them right now :-(
(About 5-8 minutes per tile, and I'm not sure I can print more than 1 or 2 at the same time...)

I'm not sure if the design will stay - I'm considering embossing the letters instead of having them come out of the tile, and of course the "jigsaw" piece itself needs work. Currently it's not possible to create a circle of tiles, which seriously limits your options. Not sure how to circumvent that.

The "placeholder tile" is a workaround - it has no outside connectors and emulates those on top, so you can put another tile on it. But it's a crude method.

Still, as long as it works - and I'm out of time, in 2 days the qepHom starts and I want to have my scrabble set then :-D
