the knife does not need to be re-clamped. simply loosen the screw in the centre of the holder, turn the holder 180 degrees and tighten the screw again.
all you need to buy is a 1m 8mm aluminum tube, some screws and nuts and, of course, the grinding stones. everything else is printed and works!
