I want to note right away that I am not fond of knives and their sharpening, but back in April I bought several kitchen knives that were ideal for working in the kitchen. They cut just fine, but not the way it was at the beginning. To sharpen them with standard means is only to spoil ... Therefore, I was puzzled by studying the issue of sharpening... At first I wanted to buy ready-made knife sharpeners, there are just a lot of them, for example, the models that were already in the basket: Professional Knife sharpener and RUIXIN Pro , but after watching dozens of videos on this topic, I realized that it is quite possible to make your own version by printing everything on a printer details. Yes, I not only printed parts, but I sharpened some of them on a small lathe and cut the base on a CNC. I just wanted to experiment with new materials.
