Knife Stand - Two Versions

Our set of five kitchen knives came with a stand, but over the years it has become cracked and stained (see photos). This is my effort to design and print a replacement.Note 1 : Unlike the original stand, my stand leaves the knife blades exposed. I feel this is a minor issue as the sharp edges of the blades are arranged towards the back of the counter.Note 2 : This print is too large to print in one piece, so I designed it as three fit-together pieces. The tabs on the legs of the stand simply fit into the slots on the top section. The tabs are a close fit, but a small dab of glue may be useful.Note 3 : The legs for each version are identical. In version 2 the slots for the blades are angled, and two of the slots are smaller.
