Knurled Knob

These are knurled knobs I designed for the Champion Wheelybird 2.0 automatic clay target thrower. These go on the clay target rack. Replace the #10 bolts with slightly longer ones. Then tighten a nut on the screw, then insert the screw into the knurled knob. Takes a bit of finessing it with a small screwdriver and hammer to tap it place, then align it with the hole.

Now you can easily take the rack off and not have to worry about it being a bit of a hassle to install it again. I found it rather tricky and just more frustrating than it needed to be with the out of the box design. I only take two of the rods off the horseshoe support now. No tools required.

I also printed thumb knobs for the elevation adjustment bolts so you can adjust the elevation without a wrench. Those can be found on Thigiverse.com also. Happy shootin'!
