This is a replacement for a knurled wheel on a old (1970 ?) knitting machine (Passap Duomatic)
Original part must have been injected ABS, with 5 2mm diam cylinders to connect with the mechanism. Those cylinders broke on the original part, and I replaced them with M2 screw to achieve sufficient strenght.
Otherwise, the design is made to look as much as possible as the original part, but with easier assembly (more room for retaining clip for instance)
One improvement that could be done is to confirm the position of the first click to include it in the model
