Kobalt Air Compressor Intake Filter Adapter

Replacement air intake filter adapter for Kobalt air compressors. Since they do not use conventional NPT fittings, finding a replacement adapter with a m33 x 2 thread is difficult.

The top adapter piece is designed to accept an m6 x 50mm hex bolt to secure the filter.

EDIT: After several months of use, heat and vibration caused plastic to eventually snap on the top section, and threads to melt. Will work only as a temporary solution.
