the Iron fang headtakers squads run throughout the cities enforcing laws. now kobold laws by human standards can be harsh to say the least. kobolds fail to understand why you would steal from anyone within your "clan" so humans that do so are taken by the head takers that then live up to thier name. comes with supported and unsupported versions.
