Kobra 2 Series improved Starting G-code

Custom starting G-code for Kobra 2 series printers. (Kobra 2, Kobra 2, Kobra 2 Pro). This eliminates the line of crud that goes down the left side of the build plate with Anycubic's start code. It raises the printhead temporarily for you to remove any blobs before the print starts. Also, it purges/cleans the nozzle in the front left corner before starting the print.
