Kobra Max Extruder Cable Guide

I converted my Anycubic Kobra Max to SKR Mini E3 V3, TFT35 and Creality Sprite extruder. This cable guide solves the issue of having the extruder cable exit out the left of the machine so the cable can go into the control box.
