Kobra S1 Cable Chain Insulator I've seen a couple videos that mention the Bowden tube clips on the extruder cable chain hitting the enclosure frame. I experienced this on my first large print, and even hearing a pop every time the printer head would pass by on the left side. I searched for as solution, but was unable to find one. So I made one. A simple strip of TPU lightly wedged between the upper left frame and enclosure panel. This strips fills the "gap" between the frame and the enclosure, and when the chain rides against this "gap" there isn't a ridge for it to get caught under. This should reduce wear, and definitely got rid of the noise. Filament: Sunlu TPU Infill: 10% Infill Pattern: Concentric Print Time: ~30 minutes To install, I put a dab of glue (purple glue stick) on the backside (smooth side) of the strip to help hold it in place, and wedged the upper corners behind the frame plates
