Version with sliding doors: Version with Sliding Doors Wanted a riser for a few reasons. First, didn't like the lack of support in the middle of the top plastic plate so this adds that. Second, I use a WyzeCam 2 to watch prints, and I wanted a mount that would allow that as I have on my other printers. Lastly, I don't like to keep the door open and a vented riser lets air flow / heat rise out without having to worry about breezes or drafts at plate level. This model requires minimal supports. I created the sides in two pieces, they will fit together, and I used a drop of superglue in each hole to hold them together though they are a snug fit. The only reason I created the sides that way is to eliminate print time (saved about 5 hours) and support requirements by printing them vertically. Note: This is intended to fit together very snug. The Wyze insert will *only* fit if put in perfectly straight. If you don't want to use a Wyzecam, or have another cam, should be easy enough to modify/create a mount that works. I've included the step file for the mount so it can be modified as needed for other cameras. The sides and backs are the same, as are the corners. The only variance to the corners is if you choose to print the Wyze version. The hole is 18.2mm and this grommet will fit that hole. https://www.makeronline.com/en/model/18mm%20Split%20Grommet/129704.html There is also a shim with holes for the back and front piece, though they aren't technically necessary. Lastly, the vented portion of the sides is a different component, so you can color the vents separately from the side frame if you're creative. When printing the support cross-bar, make sure there is no brim, and support expansion is set to 2.
