It is easy to compine pictures and logos with coins.

Just make black and white picture with your drawing program eg. photoshop and filter photocopy.

You must convert the picture to svg-file eg. image.online-convert.com/convert-to-svg.

Tinkercad application may be used the combine the coin and picture into the stl-file.
Import the coin file and turn the it around. Import the svg-file. Join the coin and picture with aling-button, You may probably modify the picture scale. Raise the picture so that it is almost above the coin. Make picture unvisible and group the coin and picture. Just export the stl-file and that's it.
