I love this symbol, it's popular in New Zealand. From wikipedia: The koru (Māori for 'loop or coil') is a spiral shape based on the appearance of a new unfurling silver fern frond. It is an integral symbol in Māori art, carving and tattooing, where it symbolises new life, growth, strength and peace. Its shape "conveys the idea of perpetual movement," while the inner coil "suggests returning to the point of origin".
Two Versions
1. Conical cross section, the top is peaked more so the top may appear smoother depending on your printer. (both pictures are conical)
2. Rounded cross section, you can print 2 with one printed as a mirror (easy to do in Cura) and glue them together for a double sided object. I prefer the rounded version.
Printed on Ender 3 S1, Gnvtntp Tri-Color Coextrusion Silk Red-Green-Blue Filament and Geeetech Silk silver.
infill: lightning 10%
layer height: .16mm
adaptive layers
In Cura, keep doing previews with starts displayed until you get all the start
