This is a kossel 220mm bed holder for 2020 extrusion.
I couldn't find a suitable bed holder for 220mm glass so made my own!
Build components are:
3x Base bottom plate
3x Base Top plate
3x Base top lip plate (Optional to assist holding bed down, gets in the way of bed removal though)
6x spring
6x 40mm m4 Bolt (hex head to allow ease of maintenance)
6x m4 nut
6x m4 wing nut
6x m3 12mm bolt
6x m3 t-nut
Installation instructions
1. Install the 40mm m4 bolt and nut into the base slots, don't fully tighten yet
2. Install the base onto the 2020 extrusion using the 12mm bolt, t-nuts and the holes as mount points
3. Install the spring and put the Tops on the bases
4. put the glass in and move each top part in towards the center of the kossel to tighten against the glass
5. tighten the nut under each spring once you are happy with the location
6. Install the wing nut (and top lip if you want it) and tighten each side to level the bed - I tighten a pair of nuts at a t
