Kossel E3D part cooling with IR

Part cooling fan and hotend cooling for Kossel. Inspired by many similar designs, but made with size, weight, strength, and suitability to hold the hotend rigid in mind.
Mounting holds for DC42's differential IR sensor (use E3D's heater block sock to insulate the block from the pcb). The PCB mounts inside near the nozzle. Between the air gap and the insulator, the temperature seems to be reasonable for the sensor.
Uses 35mm fans (3510). 40mm fans were too large (and designs accommodating them tend to hit the belts), and 30mm fans are to small and loud. Hence, I used the less common 35mm fan.
I mount this on a metal effector (not the robotdigg one, the other common one you'll find). The mounting holes are at 25mm Diameter. There are recessed holders on 3 holes for nuts so that the entire thing is secured by more than just self-threaed plastic.
Print upside down for best results.
