Kossel Mini Magball Effector

This is a delta effector designed to work with Haydn Huntley's Magballs and rods. (available here: https://www.ultibots.com/magball-arms-215mm-printed/ and elsewhere).

The effector Magball spacing is 45mm. The spacing matches my Magball carriages, also on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2741862

The hole spacing is designed to fit the E3D-v6 and associated hot-end fan shroud and parts cooling fan attachment points from the original Kossel Mini effector as shipped from Think3DPrint3D. I also have modified versions of those components available here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2829081
