Kossel Mini wide effector

My sintron kossel mini kit came with different rod ends that have extra large eyelets that would knuckle together with the regular sized effectors.

I found I could not merely widen the effector with the scad source (standard kossel mini) so I broke out some trig and made this parametric effector that would properly widen without leaving strange gaps.

I haven't formatted it for customizer but I may do that Some Day (TM)
