I made this Kraken by piecing together some bits and parts from various different models found on various sites. It took a lot of tweaking to get everything the way I wanted it. Some of the tentacles could use some bigger bases. Not all of them stand up by them selves as printed. Alternatively, you might be able to get those to stand up by adding some weights to the bases.
I printed these parts in ABS so that I could vapor smooth them.
