This is a KTM 990 frame plug.
There is variance in the tubing diameter of the average KTM frame (less than 0.5 mm).
This frame plug has raised ridges to ensure a snug fit. The cut outs will also allow a small amount of flex if the tubing diameter is smaller than average.
If you want this to last I would suggest painting the plug prior to fitting, this will combat any moisture absorption the printing material may experience over time.
The KTM lettering is a cut out so you can easily remove the plug later with a screwdriver or any other tool.
The plug looks very good in white or orange, especially if you fill the KTM lettering with black silicone to highlight the design.
This is easily done by placing painters tape over the outside, filling in just the lettering from the inside and removing the tape after the silicone dries.
