KTM Footpeg slider

Pair of sliders for KTM footpegs part number 78003041050 & 78003040050, these are the standard footpeg on most KTM Dirt bikes since 2000(?). Check your bike here - https://www.motosport.com/oem-parts/part-number/78003041050

Holes on base are for M5 hex OR Square nuts, you could make them captive if you want.

You will need to make a retaining plate shown in the pictures, this one is made from 12mm wide x 1.6 thick aluminium strip. It has 3 holes on a 10mm pitch, the centre hole is 6.5mm and the 2 x clearance holes for the screws are 5.5mm; you don't need to be too exact with the hole sizes or the material thickness.

I assembled the screws into the nuts with a dab of blue loctite. Nylocks might work but may also damage the mounting hole when being tightened, similarly lock washers may require more torque to work and may damage the part when being tightened, feel free to try and report back.
