Kumiko Coaster Set

I designed these Kumiko Coasters for a design competition because after I saw a recent Youtube video where someone made a Kumiko panel I wanted to explore the design style for other objects. In my kitchen there is a lot of white and black design accents so having these coasters there is a great way to style the corner just a little better. The coaster prints in 2 parts, the coaster base and the coaster insert. This way you do not need to have a multi material system to print these 2 toned designs! There is 0.06mm of clearance which means the inserts are a tight press fit into the base. Once inserted they can be removed but one requires tweezers. The coasters are 6mm thick for a nice premium feel There are 2 print profiles. 1 is for people who just want one coaster which prints on 1 plate in a print-by-object sequence. The other profile allows you to print 4 bases one plate, and 4 inserts on 1 plate. This way you can quickly 4 of these in just 3 hours! Enjoy!
