As I kept modifying my i3, I've reached the point where I am satisfied with this X axis.
Just print all the parts with layer height equal or lower than 0.3mm and extrusion width 0.5mm or lower.
These parts are made so the bearings/bushings are fixed with zip ties.
It can be a little tricky to put the zip ties in the holes. The way I do it is by bending the point of the tie so it looks like a J, like a hook.
If you have problems fixing the nut, use a soldering iron on it until it aligns with the hole.
The tensioner is made so two 624 or F624 bearings fit side by side.
