JCL was still having problems with the separate shells so I recreated new supports and board locking tabs. This file should print fine, it is basically a complete model. I left the txt in since their last rejection did not indicate any issues with the thickness which the first iteration of this case resolved.
This is the exact same case that fits the KV4P 1.7b version HT PCB. I simply extruded the top to make it thicker and increased the depth of the TXT to comply with a reject request from JCLPCB for printing.
They requested a thicker base to prevent warping and deeper text to prevent filling in.
If you are have the KV4P ht Case printed by a online print farm it is highly recommended to use this version.
While there is only about .4mm difference, it will prevent the print from being rejected.
The existing txt inlay and stand will function the same which is why I did not include a new version here.
