kWeld foldable case FLAT PRINT

Easy to print case for the kWeld spot welder.

MAKE SURE YOUR PRINTER AND EXTRUSION MULTIPLIER ARE TUNED PROPERLY!

I printed this in PLA without any problems, but I recommend PETG or nylon if your printer can do it.

Either 0.20 or 0.30mm layers, both should work fine.
100% infill or 3 top-3-bottom (same thing).

The assembled case shows the BUILD PLATE-side. Make sure your first layer is on-point, that is what will show.

You need 10x M3x5mm button head screws AND 4x M3x5mm counter-sunk head screws.
Use the standoffs included in the kit. When assembling, make sure the long standoffs have flat sides top and bottom of the welder. There are keys in the case for them to fit.

It came to my attention that some people have a hard time assembling this.
Install the bottom-left standoff ON THE WELDER, and the other 3 in the case. Then install the bottom wires and pedal.
Finally install the missing screws (3 that hold the welder to the standoffs and 1 under), fuse and top wires
