This jig allows you to create a standoff to attach to your Kydex knife sheath. This way you can get the belt clip centered rather than screwing it onto the rivets on the sides.

I made some slight modifications to it to make aligning the Kydex a tad easier. There is kind of a lip on the "female" side that aligns with a recessed area on the "male" side. When you pull the Kydex strip off the heat, you can slide one of the sides up against the lip to quickly ensure you're aligned correctly before pressing in a vise. Be sure not to overtighten your vise as it can crack. You don't need a ton of pressure if you have heated your Kydex properly. Just tighten it until you can see the Kydex conforming to the c
