Lab ATX power supply panel

This is a very simple version to build from a panel to an ATX-based bench power supply.
Stand by and on LEDs are present, 5 voltage output connections (+12V, +5V, +3.3V, -5V and -12V), a port for powering two USB ports and an on-off button.
