As I haven't found any guides that would suit me and wanted to check my printer abilities to do threads - this thing came to this world ;)
Just print two parts, drill a 10 mm diameter hole in LACK table, mount it whichever side suits you best.
You can print this in PLA, but the thread works best printed in PETG.

Added second screw with ears, you can print them without supports and modified hole where the filament enters with a chamfer so it's easier to put it in.
