This is a combination of a few things I liked, but didn't quite suit my needs.
I really liked the plans using the 6mm Foam PVC from here:

But didnt want to have to screw the foam boards in so I took some elements from Zuspiel's design and added Shoyun's leg posts found here:

And mixed them up to get the best of both worlds.
The idea is that you can screw the lower base in with the posts, then once you have cut the boards, you can slide them and have easy access removal whenever you want, but not need screws at any time to pull it apart and put it back together.
I changed the front posts to support 4mm plexiglass, and the space between the triangles is 7mm.
