LACK table caps

This a screw-on cap that is meant to be fitted on the bottom of IKEA's LACK table feet. I designed it, so I can fill the hollow feet with sand and then be able to seal the hole through which I poured the sand. The screw design comes with the added benefit of being able to empty the legs in the future.

The Insert will fit in a 20mm hole. I simply glued it on with hot glue. Then the legs can be filled with sand (or other material), which adds weight, resulting in a more rigid and stable LACK table.

The Screw Cap has a coin slot to easily insert it.

You can add a 27mm adhesive felt pad on the cap for further dampening.
