Lacquer applicator

This unit is a simple lacquer applicator used to apply a protective coating to the welded area inside a tin can body. The unit is attached to a welding machine, the can bodies are welded and carried over the applicator by a magnetic belt, The main body of the unit is a reservoir containing the lacquer, the small roller transfers the lacquer to the can and the small brush spreads it and removes the excess. The plastic parts (in Blue) were 3D printed direct from soildworks.
