Ladder Knob

Replacement knobs for Rubbermaid branded Tricam Industries 4-foot step ladder: Home Depot model # RM-AUL3, catalog #203124317. Looks like it will also work for the RM-AUL3G/205548469 and other Tricam models but I haven't confirmed.

I dropped a box on the original handle on my ladder and broke it. Love this light little ladder, it's so handy. No other damage so I fixed it with these. I drilled out the original rivets holding the handle and installed these knobs instead. Works great.

Of course, it's a mod to a weight-supporting ladder so use at your own risk. Obviously if your ladder is damaged enough to break the handle, carefully evaluate it to be sure its safe to continue using. Also, just a heads-up - while the original had a handle across the wide step to keep you from walking off it, these are knobs on each side so there is nothing to remind you not to step off the top step. Use care.
