I am not sure from where it came from. i am just sharing it.
Original up-loader was User: Chairbot.
i have gone though and have fixed the model making it ready to print.
i have removed the broken part completely. i have included in the the full fixed file, the model cut into multiple parts, a base that has been modified to use less material, and the original full base.

after printing out the model i found a broken part with the chair. i have fixed and updated the new files on here

It was brought to my attention that there was still some broken areas on the model. i have done my best to correct for that. as a result i have to completely remove the clock element from the bottom, i have replaced it with something looking like wood flooring. i am still working on this model, if you see any other things please let me know, i will work on fixing it when i can.
