MATH 401 Math With 3D Printing
George Mason University
This objects is a print for the class Math 401 at George Mason University, where I am a student. The tasks was to design and print an object that demonstrated a concept from multivariable calculus, which in this case what the method of Lagrange multipliers. This was applied to a monkey saddle with an elliptic constraint, and demonstrates how the constraint is tangent to the level curves of the surface where local extrema exist.
