The issue with the Laptop Risers that consist of two cylinders is that you are unable to shut your laptop lid (or if you try it causes damage). I wanted the ability to raise my laptop to increase cooling and to make it more ergonomic but still be able to shut the lid of my laptop. So I designed this model.
