Large Bronco Neon Light

Our first model of a frame for a neon light. Figured if we were going to do one lets go bigger than the build plate and joint it so it can easily be assembled. After three test versions here is the one we are releasing to the wild! If we make anymore updates we will be sure to update the file and let anyone who already downloaded it know. FIRST OFFThis is a piece together model that will be almost 24 inches in height and 20 inches wide. We made dovetail joints and a glue landing at the connections for ease of assembly. If you want you can also melt the pieces together with a soldering iron. If you choose this way I'd suggest doing it from inside the channels to hide any ugly marks that happen. We just used CA glue and it worked fine. Also you will need to know how to solder for the LEDs on this. We did not solder the jack adaptor di
