large dice tray side

Here's little something I made to keep dice handy and organized on the table before folks need them for a role during role playing. Some buddies of mine and I play the Pathfinder Card game, and this suited our needs very well since we have 4 of each type of die available for our dice rolls. I used the larger craft sticks (maybe tongue depressors?) that I got at Dollar Tree and measured them wth a digital caliper. I made the slots .5mm larger that the craft sticks, so the (hopefully) sung-enough fit would be achieved. Print 2 copies of the file, one for each side. I printed with a 3mm raft and 20% infill.

I just taped together 12 or 13 large craft sticks, marked 3.5" in the middle, and used a miter saw to get the stack all exactly the same width. (Vary the width to whatever works for you.)

I found it easiest to assemble the whole thing by pushing each stick all the way through the slots on one sidepiece by about .25" or so. Then I lined up the 2nd sidepiece and pushed the sticks
