Large Orchid Pot - insert and base

My orchids had outgrown the pots they came with. I designed this two piece pot. The base and insert are two pieces. The base needs some prep - to play it safe I used UV resin to coat the areas that make contact with water. There's also some thin foam tape on the contact areas for a nice, snug fit for the insert. I designed a 1.5mm gap between the insert and base. The pot/insert holds just over 1 quart of orchid bark/soil. I also added a 2nd base STL that has an extra 10mm around the base to hold more water. Orchids are not supposed to have standing water, so it drains quickly. I found myself watering the plants twice to ensure good root and potting material (bark) coverage because the water drains so fast. My original base was filling up more than anticipated and I discovered my apartment floors are not level. Water was hitting the top on one side and had plenty of room on the other. So a deeper base was my solution.
