Large-size constructor for kids

This is quite large-sized constructor for kids. Because of size, screws can be tighten manually and it is also handy for kids starting from age of 3. It is work in progress.

I print it mostly with PLA+. Layer thickness 0.2 for screws/nuts, 0.25 for the rest. 0.48 line width. 2 walls, 3 top/bottom layers. Infill is 30% grid.
It is quite tight in tolerances, to avoid wobbling, so print test screw/nut and 2x1 plate and check that those sizes works for you.

To give you idea about size, thread is 12mm, hole spacing is 35mm. And expect to print 2-3kg of filament to get reasonable starting set.

For screws you will need support. most used screws are 26mm and 31mm. I will add longer ones later.
