Larger Just-Another TPH

[Updated April 2 2020 -- Had the post break off, so new version is much reinforced where it meets up with the base.]

This is a revision of the "Another TP Holder" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3011567 . My wife bought larger rolls (around 4" or 100mm diameter), too large for the previous version. So of course, voila, a new version for the larger one.

Same table (a little more reinforced) for a cell phone/pad/ebook_reader/coffee_cup/whatever. This new version uses a screw-on cap for the end of the roll holder, as the previous one was sometimes too small to hold the cardboard tube on and making the larger end be a separate piece avoids need for using supports while printing.
