This is a heavy remix of Findusdwarf's original design. I have expanded the size of the trays to hold 15 SD cards (no microSD at the moment).
I work in avionics, and SD cards are what we use 99% of the time for our LRUs, so I wanted a way to hold and organize everything, and split them into trays by type as much as possible.
The main stack is a solid 12 slots tall, not individual levels. Main stack has holes for heat set inserts to allow for expansion on all sides except for the front.
Examples I made are a left hand side mounted 40mm wide tab for printed labels, which are easier to read than being printed on the tabs for each tray. That label wing is attached with an M3x6 socket head bolt into the heat set insert in the main stack.
On the top is my first version of a topper. It has two slots at the back for holding sheets of sticky labels, and another slot for either more labels, or a let of laminated cheat sheets. Slots are offset to make it easier to pick from eithe
