Laser Mount Kit

The Comgrow 500 mW laser attachment normally mounts using magnets and must be wired to the printer board in place of the extruder fan. This mount kit includes a bracket to improve laser stability. A switch housing and terminal block are also included so that the laser and extruder fan can be permanently wired.

Print Settings:

LaserSupport - Print so that plate channel is upward facing. Supports Touching Build Plate to support smaller arm is supported.

LaserCableGuide - Print upright so that channel runs parallel to extruder direction. This ensures strength in use.

Note: Laser Support and Laser Cable Guide should have an interference fit. Calibrate as needed.

SwitchHousing - Print with text against build plate. Supports - Everywhere to support the wire channel. You may need to support block the buildplate so that the text is not filled in.
