Lathander Plinth

I wanted a plinth for a mini to stand on to signify Spirit Guardians was in effect. I modded this to remove the hole and have a solid center for the mini to stand on. It would also work to signify other spell effects for Clerics or Paladins. Thank you to APixelPenguin for the original and for allowing remixes!
